Step 1. Install Windows Password Recovery on A Normal Computer

Step 2. Create a Password Recovery Disk with USB Drive

A password recovery disk is the tool to help you reset password of the locked computer. You can make a recovery disk with CD/DVD or USB drive. Honestly, it is not easy to find a CD/DVD now, so using USB flash drive could be a very good option becuase this is more convenient.
