Question 2: Not Receive Registration Code

When the purchase was completed, you should receive an email for registration code in a few minutes. Make sure check the spam folder of the email. However, in some cases you can't receive the email because some ISP block the email and mark it as spam. In such a case, please send us an email at support@uukeys.com containing the email and order ID. We will send you a code manually once we got the email from your side. Please don't worry about this any more.

Question 3: How to Make Settings for Brute-force With Mask Attack

Currently, there are two attack types you can choose from with UUkeys iTunes Backup Unlocker. In most of the cases, Brute-force with Mask Attack is the best way to unlock iTunes backup password because of the intelligent settings.

Password Length: The program will start with the minimal password length and end with the max length. This is the most important settings you should make. Usually, the password length is between 4 and 8. If this doesn't work, then you should adjust it accordingly.

Character Range Options: This field is used to tell the program what kind of character it should scan. Please mark the ones you think it is included in the password.

Affix Set: You can tell the program start or end with some specific characters.

Question 4: GPU and CPU Settings

The latest version of iTunes Backup Unlock adds support for GPU and Multi-core CPU acceleration. This will dramatically increase the decrypting speed by 40X faster than normal. However, the running speed for other program will be slower. So it is best to enable this settings during spare time.

Enable GPU & Multi-core: First, click Pause button at the top navigation bar. Then click Settings, you can see the screen at the right side. In there, you can select how many CPUs that run for the password recovery task. Or tick GPU Acceleration option to enable the feature.

Note: Currently, only Nvidia GPU care is supported by the program. We wil add support for other GPU vendors in next version.

Question 5: Pause or Stop UUkeys iTunes Backup Unlocker

The password recovery progress takes CPU and GPU extensively in order to find the correct password at the shortest time. If you were doing other tasks on that computer at the same time, you may feel the computer running slow. In such case, you can simply pause or completely stop the program by clicking Pause or Stop button.

Once you take this action, there will be a pop-up window asking you to save the project. So you can start the progress from the last point you stopped the program. You can also set the auto-saving time via settings.

Question 6: Program Crashes at Startup or in Running

A few users reported that the program was crashed on Windows 10 once it was opened. Actually, we have tested the program on various Windows computer and this is more a system issue. Here are a few suggestions to make it work:
